  • To send information and/or leaflets about our artists and exhibitions, we store your name and email address or name and postal address, whichever you have opted to give us.
  • A combination of name, telephone number, email and/or postal address if artwork has been purchased or has still to be collected or posted, whichever you have opted to give us.
What we do with your data:
  • We do not share data with third-parties or supplier organisations.
    Note: We will however share your data if we are required to do so by law (court order, or to prevent fraud or another crime).
  • We will only retain your personal data for as long as it is needed for the purposes it is used for or, the law requires us to do so.
    Note: Generally this means that we will only hold your personal data for a maximum of 7 years, depending on its purpose (listed above).
  • We are committed to doing all that we can to keep your data secure.
